How does this work?
Very simply actually.
From the New Request page (home page), you can upload a PDF document that you need to get approved.
Simply provide your email address, the recipient (approver) email address, and a message to the approver.
Click the "Submit" button and you will be returned to the home page.
You will receive a confirmation message that your request has been sent.
The approver will receive an email with a link to approve the document with a unique one time code.
Once the recipient has approved the document, you will receive an email with a link to download the approved document.
I'm a requestor, how do I access all my requests?
You can use the My Requests page to track the status of your requests, and other previously sent requests.
On that page you submit your email address, and you will receive a secure link to access all your requests.
I'm an approver, how do I access all my approvals?
You can use the My Approvals page to track the status of your approvals, and other previously approved requests.
On that page you submit your email address, and you will receive a secure link to access all your approvals.
